NHL Playoffs Daily Picks- April 22, 2024

Yesterday’s Recap:

Great day of hockey on Sunday. Jets and Avalanche played an absolute action packed thriller, while the Rangers looked dominant in their opening series win over the Capitals. Florida took the first game in the Sunshine State showdown with rival Tampa Bay, and the Canucks looked great in the last period v. the Predators. Home favorites won every game once again and are 6-0 to start the playoffs. Totals landed at 2-2 on the day.

Today we got another action packed slate with four games tonight. The Maple Leafs try to tie up the series against Boston and hope to get Nylander back on the ice, while the Canes look to take a commanding 2-0 lead against the pesky Islanders. Golden Knights and Stars along with the Oilers and Kings begin their series tonight. Edmonton and Los Angeles meet again for the first round after last year’s six game series between the two that ended up in Edmonton’s favor.

Yesterday’s Picks:

We split our record yesterday going 4-4 splitting the moneylines and the totals. We lost 0.77 units on the day. We’re now 8-4, +2.05 units to start the playoffs.
